Wish I saw this before now!!!!

Hello, I have been on hold for HALF AN HOUR as I wait to speak with an agent. Attached is a screen shot of my phone, taken over ten minutes ago - this is TERRIBLE customer service.

The below order, and PART of another order (three pairs of these gloves) were returned on FEBRUARY 5th, OVER A MONTH AGO.

The order numbers are #202**** and #202****.

Please provide me with a refund ASAP or these charges will be disputed in their entirety with my credit card company and your business will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Additionally, I have avoided posting negative reviews with on-line retail reviewers because I was under the impression that this would be handled appropriately but my faith in Verseo has dwindled.

Meanwhile, I continue to hold...

PLEASE ADVISE ASAP.

Horrible customer service

I am having EXACTLY the same issue with the ThermoGloves and their seller. As I write I am again on phone hold to the customer service. When they do pick up, they are short and rude. I have been dealing with the Customer Service for a while. I've send them back the ThermoGloves never to hear from them. When contacting them via email (they would not answer their phones) they claimed, the gloves were not received by their warehouse, although my tracking receipt indicated they received them over a week ago. They did not reply to me when I send them the tracking number, requesting a follow up. Staying on hold on the phone is a waste of time. This is a horrible customer service and the ThermoGloves are piece of junk, because they work for a short time when new. Don't waste your money, time and the frustration.

Verseo Customer Care

I ordered the ThermoGloves and they are defective. I have tried to reach Verseo and they keep you on hold for hours, or say leave a message and promise to call back and they have never returned a call. I have yet to speak to a human being. Will never deal with this company again and suggest no one else does. I am pretty sure I will not get any satisfaction from them. I am sharing my experience so others will not have waste time and money with Verseo.

I bought a Verseo eGlide from Taylor Gifts for $89. They left out important instructions in the use of the product. When I attempted to get my money back, the rude 'customer service rep' actually yelled and sneered at me. I would not give this place a nickel of my business. I went back and forth between Taylor and Verseo, trying to get one of them to stand behind this products. I got nothing but grief. Verseo told me I had to 'use it longer'. I used it and used it and used it. It did not work. By the time I turned it into the Consumer Affairs, they told me it 'was too late'. Buyer Beware!

First, the product is cheaply made. The roller cover kept popping open after the second use, so I could no longer use the massage feature. I increased the suction hoping to yield some results, but this resulted in bruising to my thighs. I used additional gel, as to minimize the pain from the suction component, and while the process hurt less, there are still no changes. In fact, my skin actaully looked worse in some areas. Just save your money. Some day, ladies, we will actually have a product that works... but this isn't it. I am very disappointed in "The Doctors" endorsement, and they have lost a lot of credibility.
