The (unopened) gel pads have brown ooze seeping out from the sides of all of the pads in the box. Won't use due to safety concern. I called every single phone number ( 3 listed in instruction booklet( but none of the phone numbers work.

Defective E-Smooth - Poor Customer Service

My husband purchased an E-Smooth Hair Removal System from Sharper Image for me as a Christmas gift. When I finally used it, the jack-plug on the wire socket would not stay connected to the socket tip of the E-Smooth without my holding it there. I tried to exchange it with Sharper Image and they said "it is past the 60 day warranty period". I then tried contacting Verseo for repair and reaching customer service is "A Goat Rodeo". I will not recommend this company or its products to anyone.

They suck

Their customer service sucks, they never answer the phone, they never respond if u email them, and they have a problem tracking packages and/or arriving on time. Last time I ordered it took 4 weeks to receive the package! Unfortunately, they seem to have a monopoly on the one item I want to purchase. Today when I try to order, it says my account is blocked. I guess that's their idea of customer service, haha.

You get no email confirming purchase tho' money is charged to your credit card. There is no answer, says call is important and then goes to voice mail. Sent two emails and no responses to them. How can you rate them when they do not send product, take your money and do not answer phone calls or emails?

I bought heated gloves from them they were defective. I sent emails asking how to return defective merchandise and no response other than typical form answer. Several voice mails also we NOT answered. Out of frustration I shipped them back paying for shipping thinking they would reimburse me after they received them. I shipped them back and requested a refund but they didn't answer. They never answered me when I asked about reimbursement of shipping. After a couple of weeks I asked again and the told me to send the proof of shipping charges so I did and they said they would send it to the right department and they would look into the situation. Couple more weeks and I contacted them again and they said they wouldn't reimburse THE ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE !!!!! and I had to pay to ship it back. They wouldn't even respond to the BBB!!!! They don't seem to care about their customers. So in closing I advise against buying anything from them unless money has no meaning to you.

Terrible customer service, no refund for defective items

The heated gloved I purchased stopped working after 2 weeks. (first one stopped working after 2 weeks, and then after a couple more weeks the other failed as well) Multiple attempts to reach them via phone and online, were met with nothing. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They have not succeed in reaching them either. I am out $118 which should be refunded to me. What a scam. I plan to continue to pursue this. Also - the phone number and website listed on the product info that it came with - is for a different company that doesn't sell these products. They said I am about the 12th person who called them about this, and that someone stole their website info to put on the product. Again, I have reported this situation.

My daughters gave me a heated steering wheel cover for Christmas which does not work. Called customer service 3 times and left messages. No return call as promised. I FINALLY spoke to an agent who was not very helpful and sounded put out that I had called. I gave her the order number and my daughter’s name and she said that was not a number from them and could not find the transaction. I am to send the original invoice with the cover to them for replacement. Daughter did not get an invoice, only a packing slip. I’m pretty sure I may as well just keep the darn thing- at least I have an unheated cover which is more than I will have if I send it back. Not impressed and sad because my daughters thought they were giving me a nice gift, since my hands are always cold.

Yes, I have gone through Amazon, I have called the phone number and no one answers. I am very upset not to mention being out my expense of purchasing it.

I just want my refund and a be able to return this thing. I have dealt with TV ears at one time and never had a problem with them.

Guess I should have stayed with that company. How do I go about getting this thing returned, Please, when you are on a fixed income losing money on something that is not working is very upsetting and yes I am pissed.

Sold me a defective product - heated gloves had a short in them (out of the box) that resulted in a burn on the back my hand. Multiple attempts to either exchange or get a refund were fruitless.

Per instructions I left 3 voicemails over the course of a week, still waiting a month later. Attempted to stay on hold while waiting for a Customer Service Representative. They hung up (twice) after placing me on hold for over 15 minutes. Email exchange resulted in threat not to refund because I filed a complaint with PayPal.

So crooked.

Please do self a favor and avoid this company at all costs. It's a shame when someone takes it vantage of your trust sells your defective product and then doesn't stand behind it.

Worst customer service EVER. Product worked great after we could someone on the line to tell us how to hook up aDH900 because customer service said it was not compatible with Direct TV. Yes it is. This is the rabbit ears for the hearing impaired. The first set worked better than hearing aids for a while then after about 3 months of use stopped working. Returned it and after many calls and emails finally found it laying on a shelf. Shortly after getting it back it came apart so returned it. Once again after many more phone calls and emails was sent another one and was told they would not ever send me a replacement. This third one does not work and all and they refuse to replace it or refund my money. This was about a $100. item which is a lot of money for someone on a fixed income. I would never buy ANYTHING from them or tell everyone I can what a rotten deal I got.
